• Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai: Typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

• Other Emirates: Delivery within 2 to 5 working days, depending on product availability and location.

• For large appliances, delivery and installation appointments will be scheduled with you directly after purchase.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

• We offer free delivery on select products and promotions within Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai.

• Standard delivery fees may apply for other Emirates or specific products, calculated at checkout.

• Installation fees may apply for large appliances; details will be shared during the purchase process.

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are processed on the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on public holidays/weekends will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and estimated delivery schedule.

5. Delivery Terms

• Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.

• Our delivery team will contact you before arrival to confirm timing.

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers are advised to inspect all products upon delivery.

• If you notice any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, report it to the delivery team immediately and contact our customer service.

• Once the product is accepted and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.
