1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

✅ Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

✅ To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional items must be included.

• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective upon delivery:

• Personal care appliances (e.g., shavers, trimmers).

• Products that have been custom-installed.

• Items with software registration or activation that has been completed.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Our team will arrange inspection and, if confirmed defective, provide a replacement or full refund.

• Transportation and inspection fees may apply if the defect is not confirmed.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

• Delivery and installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
